Feza Steel Doors

Technical Information

Founded in 1976 to serve automotive supply needs, Feza began steel door production in 1990, unfinished steel doors in 2000, fire doors in 2005, and gasketed sheet metal frames and shaft panels in 2007. Our Topkapı factory in Istanbul occupies 5,000 m²: 3,500 m² indoors and 1,500 m² outdoors. Company milestones include pioneering robot spot welding, Italian locking systems and fingerprint access in Turkey.

Alongside diverse models and custom designs, the company describes frame thicknesses of 5.5 mm and leaf thicknesses of 9.5 mm. Indoor and outdoor steel doors carry a five-year warranty, with lifetime service support. Italian double interlocking frames are installed without mortar, plaster or welding. Installation is designed to reduce the risk of door jamming during hazards such as earthquakes.

Feza Fire Doors

Fire door production began in 2005. In January 2009, Feza successfully completed a fire test and received a 120-minute fire test certificate from FIRESco, a European Union accredited fire testing organisation in Slovakia.

Feza Gasketed Sheet Metal Frames

Since 2007, a flexible production process has supported requested details and both standard and non-standard dimensions.

Feza Shaft Panels

Since 2007, Feza has produced shaft access panels in requested dimensions to suit project details.

Feza Unfinished Steel Doors

Building on ten years of steel door production experience, Feza introduced unfinished steel doors in 2000 to meet high-volume orders from steel door specialists and woodworking companies within short lead times.
